  1. What is DraftCheck?
    A. Draftcheck helps people working with legal documents review, analyze and respond quickly and efficiently.  Our AI-powered review, analysis, and suggestions helps you correct, understand, improve and communicate about the documents in a concise and efficient manner.  It is designed to find errors in lightning speed that people often miss.
  2. What Platforms does DraftCheck support?
    A. Draftcheck is available for both Microsoft Word desktop and online version as an “Add-In” and Google Docs/Drive as an “Extension.  Other platforms may be supported in the future.
  3. How many devices can I use DraftCheck on?
    A.  Currently there is no limit to the number of devices that DraftCheck can be used on, as long as it is with the same email account.  Note however that this may change, and we will most likely be instituting a limit to 5 devices.
  4. Can I use DraftCheck offline?
    A. DraftCheck is an online application, which means your computer must be connected to the internet.  However some more basic functionality will continue in an offline mode.
  5. Does DraftCheck support languages other than English?
    A. We are working on supporting additional languages, but currently English is the only language.
  6. Does DraftCheck offer a trial?
    A. Yes, we offer a free 30-day trial.  Feel free to sign up at http://www.draftcheck.io.
  7. How do I install the Google Chrome Extension?
    A. You can go to our website at http://www.draftcheck.io  or straight to the Chrome Web Store at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/draftcheck/nkofccgjfdlohndlhcihhlalmdjaehed.  From there, if you are still having difficulty, follow our “How to Install” guide here: https://www.draftcheck.io/blog/how-to-install-the-draftcheck-chrome-extension/
  8. Why does DraftCheck need access to my Google Drive?
    A. Permissions are requested based on the feature you want to use.  If you want to utilize the “picker” where you can select files from Google Drive, the extension will need access to it.
  9. How do I install the Microsoft Word Add-In?
    A. This “how to” guide will be coming shorlty.
  10. Why can’t I use my account with another email address/account?
    A. DraftCheck utilizes SSO, which means that we are linking your DraftCheck account to your Google/Microsoft Account. Your account is limited to the email address/account you used to sign up for your trial/subscription.  Ensure that the email address you used when you signed up is the same one that you use with your Google/Microsoft account.  If you need to change the email address, it’s recommended to cancel your subscription and sign up again.
  11. Can I use my DraftCheck subscription with more than one Google/Microsoft account or more than one email address?
    A. Not at this time.
  12. I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do that?
    A. If you go to our website http://www.draftcheck.io and click in the top left of the website “Sign In”.  There you can cancel your subscription.
